 Labels - These show where company offices are located. -
 Apartment Complexes - These apartment complexes are manually curated.

 Craigslist Listings - These listings are automatically generated from Craigslist. The site use Yahoo Pipes to extract location information from listings on Craigslist. This is why the accuracy might be off. Usually it's not off by more than 10 miles. This imitates the functionality of HousingMaps, which is a great site.
